COBATEST Data Collection: Report
This report presents a brief overview of the process of adapting the COBATEST data
collection tools, the agreements reached pertaining to harm reduction, and the results of
the data analysis collected by the COBATEST network in 2024 after the implementation of
the changes.
The COBATEST network connects community-based organiSations across Europe and
Central Asia, providing voluntary counselling and HIV/VH/STI testing. It was developed in
the context of the HIV-COBATEST project, and Is coordinated by the Centre for
Epidemiological Studies on STI and AIDS in Catalonia (CEEISCAT) and Aids Action Europe.
Currently, COBATEST network consists of 147 member CBVCTs from 28 European and 2
Central Asian countries.
