C-EHRN (hosted by Foundation De Regenboog Groep) is a European civil society network and centre of expertise, which unites a broad variety of actors at different levels in the field of drug use, harm reduction and social inclusion. The overall objective of C-EHRN is to improve the access to and the quality of harm reduction and other low-threshold services for people who use drugs and to enhance policy and practice that increase social inclusion.

The ABD Group is composed of the Welfare and Development Association, Fundación Acción, Bienestar y Desarrollo, Servicios Sociales Habilitadores, Institut Genus, S.L, UTE CAS Prat, UTE PAE. The ABD group defends the rights and personal autonomy of people in situations of social vulnerability, supporting them through different moments of their vital trajectories as well as taking action within their communities to promote social coexistence.
DPNSEE – Drug Policy Network SEE
The Drug Policy Network South East Europe is an initiative of NGOs from the countries of South East Europe which are providers of preventive, therapeutic, harm reduction and rehabilitation services. DPNSEE was created to facilitate cooperation between these organisations and to create close and constructive relationships through open and objective dialogue with experts, key policy makers in national governments, regional bodies and international organisations in order to promote humane and effective drug policies.
EHRA – Eurasian Harm Reduction Association
Eurasian Harm Reduction Association (EHRA) is a Lithuania-based organisation which unites harm reduction activists and organisations from Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia (CEECA). Its mission is to actively unite and support communities and civil societies to ensure the rights and freedoms, health, and well-being of people who use drugs in the CEECA region.
EuroNPUD – The European Network of People who Use Drugs
The European Network of People who Use Drugs (EuroNPUD) is a regional network representing people who use drugs. As part of a long and proud history of drug user organising in Europe, EuroNPUD provides a platform for networks and groups to act collectively on issues of political and social importance, challenging the widespread misinformation, discrimination and marginalisation of people who use drugs.

Fondazione LILA Milano
Fondazione LILA Milano is the Milanese unit of National Federation LILA (Italian League for Fighting AIDS). The volunteers, social workers and professionals of LILA Milano are a team of HIV positive and negative individuals who join efforts to develop actions aimed at preventing the transmission of HIV and supporting People Living with HIV.

Free Clinic (FC) provides low-threshold, person-centred outpatient services for PWUD. Its mission is to improve the physical, psychological and social health of PWUD, from an harm reduction approach. FC pays particular attention to the most vulnerable groups in society, and strives for an inclusive society, a humane drug policy and the destigmatisation of substance use.

IGTP/ICO
The CEEISCAT Centre for Epidemiological Studies of Sexually Transmitted Disease and AIDS in Catalonia is a structural service of the Catalan Institute of Oncology (ICO). CEEISCAT acts as a reference body for the epidemiological surveillance and monitoring of HIV, STIs and viral hepatitis. The research activity is managed by the Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute (IGTP), a public research centre dedicated to increasing scientific knowledge and transferring it to improve the care and lives of patients. CEEISCAT is coordinating the COBATEST Network, a European network of community-based services offering testing for HIV and other STIs, established in the framework of the HIV-COBATEST project.

Spolecnost Podane ruce (SPR) provides comprehensive support and professional services to people who use drugs. Their services include addiction prevention and treatment, mental health support, programmes for youth, as well as penitentiary and post-penitentiary care. SPR prioritises public health protection and risk minimisation.

Villa Maraini Foundation (VM)
Fondazione Villa Maraini (VM) is the Rome-based National Agency of the Italian Red Cross for pathological addiction. It consists of a set of services for treatment and rehabilitation from drugs, alcohol and gambling dependency, divided into different threshold levels. The Agency's strategy is to adapt the therapy to the person and not vice versa.
