Infectious diseases interventions in community-based harm reduction services in Europe (2025)
This report, titled "Infectious diseases interventions in community-based harm reduction services in Europe. Insights from the BOOST Project multi-modular survey" (2025), presents findings from the second round of the BOOST Multi-Modular Survey. Conducted among community-based harm reduction organisations, the survey maps the availability of services, explores patterns of cooperation with external health actors, and highlights barriers to continuum of care. It also assesses the involvement of peers in service delivery and governance. Together, these insights offer a snapshot of how harm reduction organisations are navigating the complex intersections between drug use, infectious disease care, and broader health and social systems across Europe and neighbouring regions.
