Shape the Future of Digital Harm Reduction – Join the 2nd Round of the Delphi Study

The BOOST project is working to establish quality standards for digital harm reduction services, supporting community-based and community-led organisations in providing effective and accessible services. These standards will guide the design, implementation, and evaluation of digital harm reduction services, addressing key areas like privacy, participant autonomy, inclusivity, and accessibility. Now, we’re inviting you to participate in the 2nd round of our Delphi study, where your expertise will help develop and refine these standards and ensure they are both realistic to implement and impactful for organisations.

In the first round of the Delphi study, harm reduction experts provided input on the relevance of a set of quality standards to service delivery. The results and feedback from that round have been used to construct this second survey, which focuses on assessing the importance of specific items for digital harm reduction services.

In this survey, ‘items’ can refer to any tools, procedures, design elements, or features that can be implemented within digital services’ organisation or design. Examples include accessibility features, such as multilingual access, or security features, such as end-to-end encrypted software.

Your expertise in digital harm reduction services, harm reduction services, or digital service design is invaluable. By participating, you’ll help shape the quality standards for online harm reduction services such as e-health, mobile health, telehealth, and the use of digital technologies to support people who use drugs.

Survey Details:

  • Estimated time to complete: 15–20 minutes
  • You can complete the survey in multiple sessions if needed
